Students from the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence participate in training courses for new rover operators at Beni Suef University.

Under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, and the supervision of Professor Dr. Mohamed Qaid, Dean of the College, Mr. Hisham Mohamed Eid, Director of the College, and Mr. Ibrahim Mohamed, Director of Youth Welfare at the College, a number of students from the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence participated in the training courses for new scouts organized by the General Administration for Youth Welfare (Scouts and Public Service Department) during the period from 19 to 23 October 2025, at the headquarters of the Sea Scouts on the Nile Corniche in cooperation with the Sea Scouts Association in Beni Suef.

The courses aim to develop and enhance the skills of new scouts and guides and qualify them to participate effectively in scouting and university activities, through field training programs that include physical fitness, discipline, teamwork, leadership, and first aid.

Dr. Mohammed Qaid emphasized the college’s commitment to supporting and encouraging students to participate in student activities, given their prominent role in developing the university personality and enhancing the spirit of belonging and initiative among young people.
