The Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence actively participated in a workshop on "Preparing the Strategic Plan 2026-2030" at Beni Suef University.

Under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence participated in a distinguished workshop organized by the Faculty of Pharmacy entitled “Preparing the Strategic Plan 2026-2030”, which aimed to support accredited faculties or those applying for accreditation during the coming year, within the framework of the university’s keenness to develop institutional performance and enhance the quality of education.

The workshop was supervised by Dr. Shahira Fawzi Al-Manshawi, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dr. Heba Atef Al-Shimi, Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center, Dr. Abeer Sayed Moawad, Deputy Director of the Center, and Dr. Marwa Hassan, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty of Pharmacy. It was presented by Dr. Abeer Sayed Moawad, Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center at the University.

On behalf of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, the Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty, Dr. Heba Hamdi, and members of the Strategic Planning Committee, namely: Assistant Lecturer Bahaa Helmy, Assistant Lecturer Osama Hafny, Engineer Karim Rabie, Engineer Abdel Sadek Khamis, and Engineer Islam Ahmed, participated, as they contributed effectively to the workshop discussions and presented practical visions and proposals on the mechanisms for preparing and monitoring the strategic plan of the Faculty in line with the general plan of the University.

For his part, Dr. Mohamed Qaid, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, affirmed that the Faculty’s participation in this workshop comes within the framework of its commitment to applying modern strategic planning methodologies and building an ambitious plan that reflects the identity of the Faculty and its orientation towards digital excellence, praising the efforts of the participating work team and emphasizing the importance of transforming the experiences gained into executive plans that achieve the Faculty’s future goals.

At the conclusion of the workshop, the participants from the Faculty of Computer Science expressed their appreciation for the great support provided by the university administration and the Quality Assurance Center to promote a culture of strategic planning, stressing their keenness to apply the modern methodologies presented in preparing executive plans within the faculty during the coming period.
